We made ourselves beautiful for you. We have renovated our spaces, in order to make your stay in Florence at the Hotel Pitti Palace al Ponte Vecchio even more pleasant.
The breakfast room was modified with new furniture and a new counter that allows to better serve our breakfast delicacies. All this for our guests, who can enjoy their coffee while admiring the view of the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, the Palazzo Vecchio, and all the wonders that the landscape offers of Florence. Our sole objective was to make it an even more comfortable and pleasant environment, so that our guests will be able to start their day with a tasty breakfast, and finish in style, perhaps with a drink or a delicious dinner prepared by our Chef.
The rooms have all been renovated, making them even more welcoming and functional. We also took into consideration the needs of families, creating large rooms that can accommodate up to four people without sacrificing comfort and space.
Our staff is always available to assist you in selecting the best accommodation, in relation to your needs, and is ready to recommend typical places to visit in Florence, a city famous for being the cradle of Art and the Renaissance.
Positioned in one of the most picturesque parts of the city, close to the Ponte Vecchio, the Pitti Palace, and the Vasari Corridor, the Hotel Pitti Palace al Ponte Vecchio is nestled in historical Florence and is lulled by the architectural wonders that surround it, looking out over the entire the city.
Its particularity is to offer a glimpse of the monuments that make this city special, and it is for this natural setting that we have decided to decorate the rooms with a warm and welcoming style, making your stay pleasant and relaxing.
All the 80 rooms have a particular view of the Pitti Palace, the Boboli Gardens, Santo Spirito, the Vasari Corridor, the Lungarno, as well as the magnificent Ponte Vecchio and because of their uniqueness, we did not want to give these rooms numbers but names that change in relation to the view each room has to offer.
We offer our guests views of the city and not just simple rooms.
On the doors of each room, a "Microperspective", attached to the outside of the door, indicates what our guests will be able to see from their window with an attentive eye and "teaches" them how to observe a less important detail at first sight, but one that can encompass a piece of history.
Our rooms are en-suite, soundproofed, and air-conditioned with large windows that let in the charm and atmosphere of Florence's Oltrarno district. Their style is in line with classic Florentine furnishings in walnut, closets with lacquered moldings, warm colors for the walls and Dussiè parquet for the floors, and desks and luggage racks in travertine marble, a chromatic harmony that relaxes and welcomes our guests, making them comfortable during his stay.
Within the Intercultural Dialogue, "Life Beyond Tourism®" framework, the first three TV channels in the rooms show videos on the history of Florence, to accompany our guests right from their comfortable rooms towards becoming familiar with the city, all within the Life Beyond Tourism orientation of which our Hotel is a pilot project.
