The Hotel Pitti Palace al Ponte Vecchio has a meeting hall, “Sala Rosa” – Pink Hall (located on level -1) with a capacity for 45 people (with meeting table - 12 people capacity, theater style room - 45 people capacity) set up with modern technological instruments, such as video projector with retractable screen and microphone.

The Hotel Pitti Palace al Ponte Vecchio is part of the "Centro Congressi al Duomo" that, having the Auditorium al Duomo halls, offers space for meetings and public entertainment events, such as concerts, staged performances, fashion shows, and much more.

The Auditorium al Duomo is situated on two levels:

- 1^st level: "Andrzej Tomaszewski" Amphitheater hall – seats 275 (264 + 2 wheelchair), all with folding tablet arm;

- 2^nd level (ground floor): Giuliano Borselli hall, modular, upon request, in different set-ups and, thanks to sliding panels, it can be divided into four smaller halls (Michelangelo, Donatello, Giotto, and Brunelleschi) with the following capacities:
